عملیات جستجو در معدن ذغال سنگ ترکیه پایان یافت

در ترکیه، ناجیان و امدادگران به عملیات جست و جو در محل وقوع وخیمترین فاجعه معدن ذغال سنگ در آن کشور پایان می دهند.

تانر ییلدیز، وزیر انرژی و منابع طبیعی، روز شنبه گفت امدادگران دو جسد دیگر را پیدا کردند و شمار کشته شدگان به ۳۰۱ تن افزایش یافت. وی افزود آنها بر این عقیده اند که دو جسد اخیر، آخرین قربانیان باقیمانده در معدن سوما هستند.

ییلدیز به خبرنگاران گفت ۴۸۵ معدنچی یا فرار کردند یا نجات داده شدند، و تیم های نجات پیش از پایان دادن به کوشش هایشان، سراسر معدن را جستجو خواهند کرد.
او گفت هفت خانواده در انتظار نتایج دی ان ای از اجساد هستند.

پیشتر در روز شنبه، حریق جدیدی در معدن روی داد و عملیات نجات را مشکل ساخت. ییلدیز گفت حریق مهار شده است.

مقامات ترکیه هنوز در باره علت انفجار ترانسفورماتور برق و حریق تحقیق می کنند. آنها می گویند اکثر کارگران در اثر استنشاق گاز مونوکسید کربن جان سپردند.

پلیس ترکیه نیز از دستگیری ۱۸ نفر، از جمله برخی از مقام های اجرایی شرکت مسئول عملیات در معدن، به عنوان بخشی از تحقیقات در باره آن حادثه خبر داده است. شرکت سوما کومر هرگونه سهل انگاری در این ارتباط را رد کرده است.

حادثه مرگبار در معدن ذغال سنگ موجی از اعتراض در ترکیه به راه انداخت. تظاهرکنندگان و اعضای اتحادیه کارگری بین المللی که نماینده ۵۰ میلیون کارگر است می گویند معیارهای ایمنی در معادن ترکیه ضعیف است.

شامگاه جمعه، پلیس برای متفرق ساختن مردمی که حاضر نبودند در پی تظاهرات صلحجویانه ای برای گرامیداشت معدنچیان محل را ترک کنند، به گاز اشک آور و لوله های آب فشار قوی متوسل شد
