Young Voters to Play Key Role in Taiwan Elections

Taiwan will elect a new president and legislature Saturday and young voters are expected to play a pivotal role in the race. In recent years, young voters have become more politically active and are proud of the island’s separate identity. Many are also highly skeptical of the island’s economic ties with China.
