Washington Faces Difficult Choices on Syria

The United States has pushed hard for a negotiated end to the nearly three-year long civil war in Syria, and the Syrian government now says it will attend a second round of peace talks set to start Monday in Geneva. But as VOA's Jeff Seldin reports, expectations for progress are low, which may leave Washington facing some difficult choices.
