VOA Persian: Victims' group continues to seek justice after Iran's 2020 downing of passenger plane

An Iranian missile downed a Ukraine International Airlines plane as it took off from Tehran on Jan. 8, 2020, killing all 176 people on board. Iran says its forces mistook the plane for an incoming U.S. missile. On the fifth anniversary of the "crime of shooting down a Ukrainian passenger plane," the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims emphasized in a statement that they "will not relent for a moment, in seeking justice."
