Visit to Northern Nigeria Leaves Many Unanswered Questions

For the first time since Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in three northeastern states last month, the Nigerian military has allowed journalists to visit the front lines of its battle with militants known as Boko Haram.
