US Wasted Trillions on Afghan Reconstruction, Top Investigator Tells Congress

A top U.S. government investigator told lawmakers Wednesday that the U.S. effort in Afghanistan, which spanned both Democratic and Republican administrations, was a massive failure costing trillions of dollars.
