US Still Top Destination for International Students

International applications are down at many American universities, and educators blame a perception that the United States is less than welcoming. A recent move to limit out-of-state undergraduates at the University of California has heightened concerns. However, international educators who are meeting in Los Angeles say the United States remains the destination of choice for the world's students. Mike O'Sullivan has more.
