Russia Reveals Expansion of Its Military Tactics in Syria

The U.S.-led coalition battling Islamic State changed the route of at least one U.S. aircraft over Syria to avoid a close encounter with Russian warplanes. A Pentagon spokesman confirmed the maneuver Wednesday, the same day that Russia revealed an expansion of its military tactics in Syria. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins reports.
