More than 200 congressional Democrats allege that President Trump has violated their constitutional power to approve his payments from foreign business dealings.Their complaint joins two other lawsuits claiming the president’s business interests violate the so-called “emoluments clause” – a provision the president’s lawyers argue is being used far too broadly.
