US, Cuba Restore Full Diplomatic Ties After More Than 50 Years
The United States and Cuba have moved to end more than five decades of hostility and mistrust by restoring diplomatic relations. The two countries opened their embassies, on Monday, although the formal ceremony for the U.S. opening in Havana will take place next month.
