United on Facebook, 8 Black Women Join to Pursue PhDs

Eight African-American women will earn their Ph.D.s in education this summer from Indiana University. With less than 8 percent of African-Americans of either gender earning their doctorates, this graduation is a small victory and the women credit their support group. Erika Celeste reports from Indianapolis.
