Ukrainian Soldier Spent Weeks in Wagner Group’s Captivity, Lost Both Arms

Ukrainian soldier Ilya Mikhalchuk was wounded near Bakhmut and captured by Wagner Group mercenaries in February. He had both arms amputated while in captivity and was released in April.
