At least two teenagers were killed in a shooting at a high school in the southwestern U.S. state of New Mexico, local officials said Thursday.
The assailant was also killed, police said, though it was not immediately clear whether the shooter was a student.
The deadly incident took place at Aztec High School, which has been evacuated, according to New Mexico state police.
Other schools in the area were also put in lockdown - which local police said could last up to four hours.
