Initial reports say at least two people are dead and more than 20 others injured in a knife attack at a hospital in southwestern China.
The attack took place in Zhenxiong county in Yunnan province. The reports say a suspect has been arrested.
Knife attacks have occurred with some frequency in China in recent years, including an attack last July in southeastern Guangdong province, when six people were killed and one person wounded in an attack at a kindergarten.
