Israeli forces shot dead two Palestinians after they stabbed and a wounded an Israeli soldier in the occupied West Bank.
The military said the attackers, aged 17 and 23, stabbed the soldier at a gas station near the Hawara crossing near the city of Nablus. Israeli officials say the soldier was moderately wounded.
Earlier Sunday, a Palestinian stabbed and injured a soldier near Jerusalem's main bus station. A security guard apprehended the attacker who was taken into police custody.
A wave of violence since the start of October has killed nearly 130 Palestinians and 20 Israelis.
Many of the Palestinians killed have been attackers while others have been shot dead by Israeli security forces during clashes.
