Syrians See Tragic Similarities in Russia’s Assault on Ukraine

In Idlib, one of the only areas still at war after 11 years of the Syrian conflict, families who are following Russia’s assault on Ukraine say Moscow’s tactics mirror those used in Syria, and they fear Ukrainians will pay a similarly devastating price.
