Following Terror Suspect Capture, New York Remains Vigilant

Following the swift arrest of Ahmad Khan Rahami — the prime suspect in connection with the New York-area bombings over the weekend — New York authorities provided reassurance that the city would continue to see a beefed up security presence throughout the week, in addition to the resources already in place for this year’s U.N. General Assembly.
