Coalition Support for Obama Plan, at Least for Now

President Obama’s announcement of his strategy for defeating the Islamic State militant group in Iraq and Syria is being supported by Western allies and some Middle Eastern governments. But as VOA’s Al Pessin reports from London, such coalitions are more easily put together than held together.
