Many U.S. states, cities and businesses say they will forge ahead with the U.S. commitment to the Paris Climate Agreement, even though President Donald Trump pulled out of the deal. They say want to meet the pledge made by the Obama administration to reduce US greenhouse gas emissions by 26 percent to 28 percent below 2005 levels in 2025. VOA's Elizabeth Lee looks at whether this can be achieved without the federal government.
