Somali pirates have freed a Greek-owned cargo ship with 23 crew members they had held since February.
The European Union's anti-piracy force said late Monday that the MV Dover was released from pirate control late last week. It says the ship is now in the Omani port of Salalah.
Pirates hijacked the ship Feb. 28 in the Arabian Sea northeast of Salalah, where pirates have struck in the past.
The EU force says the vessel's crew includes 19 Filipinos, three Romanians and one Russian.
