Small Shops in Nairobi Get Food Safety Training

In Nairobi's poorest neighborhoods, street vendors and small shops fill the need for quick, affordable meals. But any food can be a health hazard if it Is not prepared properly. After learning the basics of food safety, a number of street vendors are changing the way they prepare meals. VOA’s Steve Baragona reports.
