Shell Accused of Failing to Clean Up Nigeria Oil Spills

The multinational petroleum company Shell has failed to clean up communities devastated by oil spills in Nigeria’s Niger Delta, according to a report from Amnesty International. Henry Ridgwell reports from London that Shell blames the continued pollution on oil theft and illegal refining.
