Trump's Attorney General Pick Grilled on Capitol Hill
The U.S. senator picked to be Donald Trump's attorney general told his colleagues Tuesday that as a Southerner he saw racial discrimination and he knows it's wrong. Senator Jeff Sessions, once denied a federal judgeship over allegations of a racist past, was grilled by senators on his conservative views, some of which conflict with established law or the policies of the outgoing Obama administration.
