In areas of the country where the tourist season lasts just half a year, hospitality businesses often say it's difficult to find and retain an American workforce. As a result, they count on workers from abroad through a temporary visa called H2B. But a decrease in the number of visa holders permitted to enter the country this year has employers worried that their business model may be at risk.
