'Save the Children' Suspends Operations in Afghanistan Following Terror Attack

International aid organization Save the Children said Wednesday it was temporarily suspending its operations in Afghanistan following an Islamic State terror attack on its office in eastern Nangarhar’s capital city of Jalalabad. VOA’s Zabihullah Ghazi reports from the scene of the attack.
