Two airplane crashes involving Boeing 737 MAX planes: Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 and Lion Air Flight 610, happen five months apart. More than 350 people are killed. Could it be pilot error or a defective aircraft? Many countries, including the United States, are not taking any chances.
