Mnuchin on Sanctions: Do Business with US or North Korea Not Both

US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said the executive order signed by President Donald Trump Sept. 21 targets foreign financial institutions trading goods, services or technology with North Korea. "Foreign financial institutions are now on notice that going forward they can choose to do business with the United States or with North Korea, but not both," Mnuchin said.
