Dr Lisa Shin, head of Korean-Americans for Trump, receives polite applause, except for when she mentions New Mexico, then gets some cheers from home-state delegates.
Shin talks about her parents who were immigrants to America. She says her parents allowed her to realize the beauty of the American dream. She criticizes Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton (one of the few mentions of Clinton tonight). Gets the crowd cheering when she criticizes Clinton for compromising our national security. Shin rolls her eyes with every criticism.
Video "Where You Lead" is played. Different families talking about crises they've gone through, from 9/11 to cancer diagnosis.
