A blast ripped through the northwestern city of Peshawar Wednesday, killing at least nine people.
Police say the explosion took place on the outskirts of the city just as a van carrying members of the Pakistani air force approached. They say at least 30 people were injured.
Officials say it is not clear who is behind the attack and there was no immediate claim of responsibility.
