US President Tries to Address Race/Guns After Charleston

Since U.S. President Barack Obama took office in 2009, more than a dozen mass shootings have occurred, prompting the President to call for calm. The most recent one - a shooting by a young white man - killed nine blacks in a South Carolina church.
