Obama, Bush Urge Americans to Take Personal Responsibility

President Barack Obama and his predecessor George W. Bush joined mourners in Dallas at the memorial service to honor five slain police officers. The president praised members of law enforcement for the hard work they do to keep communities safe, but he noted that prejudices exist and must be addressed. Zlatica Hoke reports.
