Oscar-Nominated Film Shines Spotlight on Catholic Church Scandal

The film "Spotlight" has received six Oscar nominations, including one for Best Picture of the Year. It tells the true story of the Boston Globe's Pulitzer Prize winning "Spotlight" team of investigative journalists, who in 2002 exposed the Catholic Church's systematic cover-up of widespread pedophilia by more than 70 priests in the city of Boston.
