Obama to Americans: Islamic State is Losing

U.S. President Barack Obama says the U.S.-led coalition is moving ahead "with a great sense of urgency" to target Islamic State in Syria and Iraq. He spoke on Monday after meeting with his national security team as he sought to reassure Americans about efforts to counter the militant group.
