Obama, Hollande Vow to Intensify Fight Against Islamic State
Less than two weeks after terrorists opened fire in a deadly attack in Paris, U.S. President Barack Obama and his French counterpart Francois Hollande pledged unity in the fight against the Islamic State militant group, which claimed responsibility for the attack that killed at least 130 people. But as VOA correspondent Aru Pande reports, Tuesday’s talks at the White House also covered the downing of a Russian jet over Turkey.
