Acquaintance: Attack Suspect Fought With Fellow Immigrants; Didn't Seem Religious

Mirrakhmat Muminov, a fellow Uzbek and permanent U.S. resident who knew Sayfullo Saipov - the man police suspect in the Oct. 31 New York truck attack that killed at least eight people - told radio Free Europe that Saipov had run-ins with fellow Uzbek immigrants, and didn't appear to be very religious when he arrived in the U.S.
