Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton addressed a conference of pro-immigrant activists Monday, laying out her vision for comprehensive immigration reform. She was also quick to criticize her opponents for “stoking” Americans’ fears and creating a hostile environment for Muslim-Americans.
