US and British Officials: Only Perpetrators Can End 'Slaughter' in Aleppo
The United States and Britain say they are considering new economic sanctions against the Syrian and Russian governments because of their criminal attacks on civilians in Aleppo. After a meeting with allies Sunday in London, U.S. Secretary John Kerry and his British counterpart Boris Johnson acknowledged there is no concrete plan on how to end violence in Syria.
