Nagorno Karabakh Faces Humanitarian Crisis, Despite Negotiations
The first truckload of Russian humanitarian aid has arrived this week in the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan, although Armenian authorities, activists and citizens say that Azerbaijani troops continue to block access from Armenia.
