In neighborhoods recently re-captured by Iraqi forces in Mosul, locals are eager to get back to work after two years of widespread unemployment and months of economic devastation due to war and soaring prices. But with much of the city’s infrastructure in tatters, people have to improvise. VOA’s Heather Murdock reports from Mosul.
