Voters are also deciding the balance of power in the U.S. Senate and in the House of Representatives, which could ease the way for the next president to move his agenda forward or make for more Washington gridlock.
Early projections indicate little is likely to change, with several incumbent Republicans winning re-election in the House, including Majority Leader Eric Cantor in the battleground state of Virginia.

OK, put Pennsylvania in the Obama column, so that last minute Romney bid to expand the battleground map fell a bit short. Race in Florida is quite close and it could be a while before we know. Same with Virginia.
President is ahead in Ohio but we need to see more vote totals from the Buckeye state. Again, no major surprises so far and if the Obama camp hangs on in Ohio, well...
