Sen. Graham: Rosenstein to Proceed as Criminal Investigation

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was questioned Thursday by U.S. senators about his decision to appoint a special counsel to investigate possible collusion between President Donald Trump's associates and Russia. Senator Lindsey Graham, who spoke to reporters after the hearing said, “It was a counterintelligence investigation before now, it seems to me now to be considered a criminal investigation."
