Kurdish Officials Seek Solutions for Captured IS Foreign Fighters

Kurdish officials from the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces tell VOA that captured Islamic State foreign fighters continue to be a burden because their countries of origin still refrain from dealing with those who joined Islamic State in Iraq and Syria in 2014. VOA's Zana Omer reports.
