Joaquin Watch is On in New York

Hurricane Joaquin smashed into the Bahamas and, according to late predictions, is traveling on a path in the Atlantic Ocean that will keep it some 480 kilometers (300 miles) east of the U.S. mainland. Still, there is great concern in the northeastern section of the U.S. about flooding and beach erosion. Bernard Shusman reports from Rockaway Beach in New York City.
