More Than 240 IS Militants Surrender to Afghan Government Forces
update
Hundreds of Islamic State terror group fighters and their family members surrendered Tuesday to Afghan government forces in northern Jawzjan province. The militants say they surrendered because they want to abandon violence and live a normal life. However, the Taliban claims it crushed the group in the province and forced it to flee the area and surrender to the Afghan government. VOA's Mirwais Bezhan reports.
