Iran's top nuclear negotiator has blamed the United States for a computer virus attack on the nation's disputed nuclear program.
Saeed Jalili told NBC News in an interview aired on Monday that an Iranian investigation uncovered evidence that the United States was involved in the cyberattack.
Analysts say a computer virus known as Stuxnet shut down a fifth of Iran's nuclear centrifuges in November.
But Iran says the damage was not as great as Western media has portrayed.
Echoing Jalili's comments, an Iranian Atomic Energy Organization spokesman on Tuesday dismissed claims about negative effects of the Stuxnet worm on Iran nuclear facilities.
The comments followed a weekend New York Times report saying that U.S. and Israeli intelligence services cooperated in developing the worm.
Neither Israeli nor U.S. officials have commented on the reports.
