UN Commissioner: MH17 Downing Could Be A War Crime
The U.N. high commissioner for human rights says the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 in rebel-held eastern Ukraine "may amount to a war crime." Commissioner Navi Pillay's assessment Monday came as an international team of investigators and police was again prevented from visiting the site after heavy fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russian-backed separatists.
