The Pentagon is introducing a new generation of U.S. military vehicles to replace Humvees, which have had a storied career in conflicts dating to the 1991 Persian Gulf War. But the iconic Humvees won't be mothballed: They’re being auctioned off to private buyers. VOA’s June Soh caught up with military vehicle enthusiasts who recently gathered in Washington for a transcontinental convoy. Amy Katz narrates.
