US Says Assad Forces Used Sarin Gas in Syria

The Obama administration says U.S. intelligence agencies believe it is likely the Syrian government has used chemical weapons on a small scale against rebel forces but indicated conclusive proof is needed before the president will take action. VOA correspondent Meredith Buel reports from Washington.
