Authorities in northwest Pakistan say gunmen have attacked a convoy of paramilitary troops, killing three soldiers and wounding two others.
Officials say the security forces were transporting food to their checkpoint Saturday when the gunmen opened fire in the Baizai tribal region near the Afghan border.
