Greek Debt Deal May Be Short-term Fix for Long-term Problem

A proposal from the Greek government could be the basis of a deal with its creditors to avoid default on a large payment due to the International Monetary Fund next week. But as VOA’s Al Pessin reports from London - though much is being made of Greece’s concessions on several issues, analysts say this would be, at best, a short-term fix.
